Prices are allocated according to the number of derogatory accounts on both major bureaus (Experian, Transunion & Equifax) and third-party bureaus (LexisNexis, Chex Systems, ect)!
Under FCRA regulations, creditors have 30 days to respond to any formal dispute! While some creditors respond accurately & according to FCRA regulations, some do not. In some cases, multiple disputes will need to be processed!
All clients agree to a 12 month contract for all derogatory accounts on both major bureaus and third party reports! Disclaimer: Unless a contract is written otherwise, for example: "To remove inquiries only", "To remove RDC Collection account only".
Per contract, Direct access to Experian, Transunion & Equifax is acceptable, IdentityIQ or MyFico is suggested!
Step 1: After services have began, daily monitoring will persist until the set score and DTI (Debt-to-income) is met!
Step 2: Once score and DTI are met, we inform your realtor that you are ready to submit a home loan application!
Step 3: Once all documents for the home loan application are submitted and approved, a home loan appoval is issued!

Step 4: Once you find the perfect home, make an offer; offer gets accepted; home goes under contract; execution of the loan process; close on the loan; LOAN FUNDED! CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR HOME PURCHASE!
This answer is contingent upon the discharge/dismissal & the bankruptcy classification, not the date that you filed the bankruptcy. Note: you should have no late payments.
FHA: Chapter 13 & 7: 2 years from the dismissal/discharge date. Note: Chapter 13 may be allowed after 1 year of a pay-out-period with sufficient payment history AND permission from The US Bankruptcy Court. Foreclosures are three (3 years from the completion.)
VA Loan: Chapter 7: 2 years from the dismissal/discharge date.
Conventional: Chapter 11 or 7: 4 years from dismissal/discharge date; Chapter 13: 4 years from dismissal date & 2 years from discharge date. Foreclosure: 7 years from completion date.
USDA Loan: Chapter 13 or 7: 3 years from the dismissal/discharge date. Foreclosures: 3 years from the completion date!
